1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from The Finds Vault.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Finds Vault. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products

We specialise in the design and manufacture of high-quality 3D printed products, including but not limited to:

Coin Pods
Finds Pots
Storage Accessories
Display Products
Custom 3D Printed Designs

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing:

Colours may vary slightly from photographs.
Minor layer lines and surface variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Coins or other display items shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order occurs only when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

Pricing errors
Product availability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect customer information

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; however, obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled with a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before your order is manufactured or dispatched.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify at checkout.

6. Production Times

Most standard products are made to order.

Estimated production times are displayed on individual product pages.

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

7. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Additional postage costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged.

8. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom-made and personalised products are manufactured specifically for you.

Please ensure all spelling, measurements, colours and design requirements are correct before approving your order.

Under UK consumer legislation, personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.

9. Returns

If you change your mind about a standard (non-personalised) product, you may return it within the period stated in our Returns & Refund Policy, provided:

the item is unused;
it is in its original condition; and
it is returned in its original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds are processed once returned goods have been inspected.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

replacement;
repair; or
refund,

in accordance with your statutory rights.

11. Product Use

Our products are designed for their intended purpose only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Products are not toys.
Keep small items away from young children due to potential choking hazards.
Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, as PLA-based products may soften or deform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

photographs;
product designs;
logos;
graphics;
text;
CAD models; and
branding,

remains the property of The Finds Vault unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold or distributed without our written permission.

13. Custom Designs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

We retain ownership of our original design files and CAD models.
Customers receive the physical product only.
Digital design files are not supplied with custom products.

Where a customer provides artwork or designs, they confirm they have permission to use those materials.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Finds Vault shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
